Adhesive bridges
Replacement of a posterior tooth with an adhesive bridge
Due to genetic disposition this patient was missing the left upper incisor, and her right upper lateral incisor had never fully developed. Here is an en face view of the lips without her wearing a maxillo-facial retention system.

Extension of the tooth edges of the central upper incisors and closing gaps between the central upper incisors and widening of the anterior teeth towards the centre.
